How do I place an order?
Add the item to the cart and proceed to checkout: enter your name, phone number, delivery and payment method. You can also click "Buy in 1 click" and leave your phone number — our manager will call you back and place the order.
Do I need to register?
No, you can order without registering. Your account lets you track orders, see the waybill number, save addresses and keep a wish list.
How fast will you ship my order?
"In stock" items from orders confirmed before 15:00 are usually shipped the same business day. For "On order" items the manager will tell you the lead time.
How much does delivery cost?
Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta rates apply depending on weight and declared value; the estimate is shown at checkout. Pickup is free. See Payment and Delivery.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, in cash or by card at the carrier's branch. The carrier charges a transfer fee; orders over UAH 4,000 may require prepayment.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, with PrivatBank or monobank installments — up to 3 payments with no overpayment. Availability depends on the amount and items in the cart.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Choose "Bank transfer for companies", enter the company name and EDRPOU code — the invoice is available right after checkout.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all tools come with the manufacturer's warranty, 12 months for most items. See Warranty and Returns.
Can I return an item?
Yes, an item of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it has not been used and its appearance and completeness are preserved.
