A powerful and reliable professional-class drill press. Thanks to the high quality of its components and mechanisms, the drill press offers excellent accuracy and durability, making it suitable for mass production. The drill press features a sturdy cast iron base supporting a 72 mm diameter column with a gear rack for vertical table movement. The worktable, like the base, is made of high-quality cast iron. The table can rotate 360° around the column and tilt left or right within ±45°. The drill press comes equipped with two drill chucks featuring double-taper spindles and a maximum clamping diameter of 20 mm. One chuck is keyless and of professional accuracy, while the second is a geared chuck with a key (for less demanding tasks). The uncompromising power of the asynchronous motor (750 W) allows for almost any drilling work to be performed at a professional level. A standout feature of this model is the V-belt variator, which allows for smooth, stepless adjustment of the spindle rotation speed. This design accelerates and significantly speeds up speed settings: instead of removing and reinstalling the belt, you simply move the lever, and you can do so without even turning off the motor. Meanwhile, the actual spindle rotation speed is displayed on a digital screen, which is very convenient and useful. To ensure safe operation, a protective switch is located under the belt drive gearbox cover, preventing the drill press from being turned on with the lid open. For emergency stopping, a red mushroom-shaped emergency stop button is located on the front panel of the drill press. The drill press is also equipped with a laser crosshair drilling axis indicator and a work area illumination lamp.
